The Role:

The Technical SalesforceConsultant at SLEEQ plays a crucial role in driving innovation and excellence.This position actively support technology consulting initiatives, assisting in transforming client business processes through the implementation of Salesforce solutions. Central to the company's growth, this role is dedicated to delivering high-quality results that exceed client expectations and shape the technological landscape.

Your Impact:

• Ensure code robustness, scalability, and reusability, resulting in high-quality, maintainable standards across the team
• Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate technical risks, minimising project delays and technical issues
• Provide technical and design guidance for complex solutions, fostering innovative and effective implementations
• Review and evaluate code quality amongst developers to maintain high code quality standards
• Monitor progress and quality metrics, assessing and ensuring the overall health and quality of implementations
• Identify technical and resource risk factors, alerting the Technical Lead and Project Manager to prevent potential setbacks
• Coordinate deployment activities efficiently across all parties involved, ensuring streamlined release processes
• Ensure effective continuous integration and monitor build automation, maintaining reliable and efficient integration processes
• Produce clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation for code, architecture, and integrations, ensuring easy understanding and reference
• Maintain accurate code and configuration items in the Version Control System, keeping version control records up-to-date
• Conduct regular code reviews aspart of the development lifecycle, fostering continuous improvement in code quality and standards
• Establish effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders, fostering trust and collaboration
• Work closely with clients to fully understand their needs, manage expectations, and proactively resolve concerns
• Ensure that agreed timeframes, specifications, and customer service levels are met, demonstrating commitment to client satisfaction
• Proactively manage expectations both internally and externally, ensuring clear and consistent communication
• Identify opportunities for new business within the client base, contributing to the growth and expansion ofSLEEQ's services
• Participate in meetings, technical workshops and demonstrations with project stakeholders and clients; demonstrate features to key stakeholders
• Continually advocate for SLEEQ, reinforcing the brand and its values in all interaction
 

Who You Are:

• Demonstrated expertise in Software/ Salesforce Consulting, emphasising technical proficiency will be advantageous
• In-depth knowledge of Software/ Salesforce architecture and adherence to best practices Prior Software/ Salesforce development experience(Apex programming language and Lightning Web Components)highly desired
• Other highly desired technical experience includes: JS Frameworks, SQL, APIs, Testing Tools, DevOps.
• Strong programming skills with JavaScript and one object-oriented language (eg Java, C#, Python)
• Proven leadership experience, dedicated to driving results and delivering top-tier software solutions
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and other software development methodologies
• Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing processes
•  Experience in integrating Software/ Salesforce with third-party applications
